Second thing to do, practice smartly. Ask someone to evaluate your work. You can also post your WIPs online- it helps to have a fresh perspective on your work. If you do this plus viewing it in another device, you will see a lot of things that you can improve on.

Painting & composition-mainly Naoki Saito's channel.
The others are the product of experimenting with different styles. Don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone! 😀
